We love the sectional. You delivered on time and the product was exactly what we wanted. Easy to assemble and my 7 month pregnant wife could even lift the pieces from the boxes, I am positive that no other sectional could claim that. I didn't make her lift it but she was just as excited to open the boxes as I was.

Yes, we have received the furniture and it is lovely. I have an old house with a wooden spiral staircase that goes to a large room in the original attic space. I already owned an Ashton chair and have since had it re-covered. Your furniture is perfect for situations such as mine. I would highly recommend your company to anyone.

Your customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with the slipcovers I had ordered for my ashton chair and in emails from Jeff Frank he offered me a credit toward my new order.

Thank you for such quality for "small entry" needs. The furniture is sturdy and perfect in appearance. And, you are right about how easy it is to assemble - I (a woman) put together the chair, ottoman and sofa in about 45 minutes by myself. And they are still very STURDY- not like any other "assembled at home" furniture I have ever seen. THANKS!!

I was looking for a sofa for tight spaces and found Simplicity Sofas on the internet. They have a great product. The furniture I got is of outstanding quality and very solid construction, and the upholstery is beautiful.

In addition, they seem to be very good at customer service. I originally ordered swatches and got those, along with some other information and a call from the customer service team to let me know that they could help me. I also received a call from them when I placed the order online, and I had some contact with the delivery team as well.

Luckily, I've never had a bad furniture purchase experience before, but this was certainly among the best furniture purchases I've made. Overall, I was really pleased with the product and the experience.

Thanks for checking in. The sofa for our home in Essex is just perfect for our sunroom space and the color is exactly right. The sofa I ordered my friend, Renie Rich, is also great, and your customer service with getting the cushions swapped out was excellent.

I haven't yet been to South Carolina to see and assemble the new sofa there, but the shipping all worked out fine. That was a trial run of sorts since we also have a cottage rental property there which will need a replacement sofa sometime soon. And there are other cottage owners with furniture of a similar age and I plan to share information about Simplicity Sofas at the owners meeting next month. Hello! The couch and chair are great! I had been looking for something that would be easy to move up my stairway and fit through a narrow doorway and this certainly was. I was able to move it in and set it up very quickly and easily. :) The size and comfort is wonderful.

I appreciate the prompt response. The furniture is beautiful and I love the way it looks and feels in my living room. Derek did a great job, too. He was polite and thorough. He insisted on trying other legs and arrangements even after we measured, above and beyond anything I would have asked, all to make sure that the problem was in the frame and not the floor or something else overlooked. It probably doubled his time for my delivery, but he went the extra mile, and I appreciate it.

It's great! Put it together last night in about 10 minutes, as advertised. Construction quality seems very solid and the fabric is very nice. The customer service has been excellent all along. Thanks for inquiring about our sofa and if there were any concerns/problems. First, we love the sofa. It was so easy to assemble, which my husband loved, and it is so comfortable. It is a great addition to our home and we have decided if we need a new sofa in the future we will definitely purchase one from Simplicity Sofas.

I got the slipcovers. The fabric is AWESOME! I love the color, the texture, and best of all, my cats have not clawed it (they practically destroyed the Nevis Blue - and I only got that - when - a few months ago). Has this fabric been treated with something, or am I just blessed? Do you have any recommendations on how to discourage cats from doing this? Probably not, but thought I'd ask, anyway - I even tried bitter apple spray but it didn't really help.

Thanks for everything. Despite glitches, you have a very good product, and your customer service is outstanding. I hope to be moving to a larger place this year (I am fortunate!) and I will order from you again. As a single person, I find that your furniture is very easy to manage - and that's important.

The quality is astounding and the comfort 'oooh la la'. I will continue to use you in the future. One question? Is it ever possible to replace one component of a furniture piece,for example an arm? Hoping the cat does not like the furniture as much as I do.LOL I did have to scamper to find someone stronger than myself to carry in the pieces as I was unaware this would be necessary until UPS called.

My new sofa came today and I'm a happy camper. It's lovely, sturdy and just what I expected. The folks from Tobin Transport put it together in no time, though I must say that earlier in the week there was a bit of confusion about where the sofa was, etc. But, it all turned out lovely. I will spread the word about the good work you do.

Again, thanks, and I'm glad I know about you as my old sleeper in the den will need to be replaced sooner than later. Also, if I would like some pillows in a different cover, could you do that for me? (But, I love the purple we have; we're just thinking of how to heat up the entire room with another color).
