We spend much time in various RV parks and my wife is highly social so this results in our rig being the place where folks often come for coffee and conversation. I will speak highly of you and your company as long as I have the liberty and freedom to do so.

Thank you for following up on my purchase. I am a realtor and home stager and I purchased my first loveseat from you last year to stage houses. It is so easy to take apart and put in the back of my SUV to move from house to house. That one has been in four of my houses, and they all sold! The couch arrived Wednesday and looks great. The fabric is amazing---way better than I was imagining from the little swatch. And it all fit up our tight stairs and was easy to assemble. Looks great and you'd never ever know it arrived in pieces.

The customer service we received from you and Shannon (the two people I dealt with) was phenomenal. You were helpful, responsive and personable, but best of all you very, very clearly stood behind your product. I was initially nervous about buying something I hadn't sat on, but your clear willingness to stand up for your product made me willing to take that leap of faith. We received our sofa and love it! It was very easy to assemble, is beautifully made, and is so comfortable. We are very pleased and plan on going back to Simplicity Sofa for any future chair/sofa purchases. I've also recommended your company to two friends.

I have no criticisms! I will only say that in my eagerness to get it set up, I tried to move the sofa base myself up our narrow, windy staircase. I did manage to get it up there myself, but in hindsight I should have waited for an extra pair of hands. It was heavier than I expected, because it is made with high quality materials, not cardboard!

If I have any regrets, it is that I did not find out about Simplicity Sofas much sooner. Please thank your colleagues for the wonderful product and service.

My wife and I are truly amazed - this is the best love seat & couch we have ever owned - our order came last Friday on a large pallet via UPS, and with the help of a friend, I had everything unpacked, set up, and cleaned up in no time - the assembly was very easy, the couches are sturdy and of good quality, and the throw pillows the owner threw in matched our decor perfectly.

I can't think of anything that could be improved at this point, and we will recommend Simplicity Sofas to all our friends - thanks again for helping to alleviate my wife's daily stress by giving her a great couch to relax on, and for helping me to make her birthday something truly special - I've attached a picture of the final install in our living room :)

I got my sofa last Friday and I LOVE IT!!!! It is so awesome and comfortable and looks great with the bamboo floors and green walls. I wish I could afford the chair that goes with it but maybe soon and I can have a matching room. It was almost too easy to put together and we felt like we forgot something!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about it and have been talking it up to everyone who will listen. I have a lot of friends in Baltimore City row homes and older homes like the one I have (built in 1929). So many thanks for existing and making my new house a home.

It is unusual that I would hear from the owner of the company, and I have to tell you, that is very impressive! We are moving to a new home and are on the hunt for a sectional, but I can't get myself to do another Ikea or cheaply built couch, as I am ready to invest in something a bit nicer now that I am 32!

We have two kids and two dogs and I am looking for a sectional for us to all cuddle up on! I thinking your business plan is very smart and definitely fills a void in the marketplace. I have started doing research on sectionals, and while all of my friends want Crate & Barrel and West Elm furniture, I don't think they realize the quality is not there. I am sick of buying junk, but I also do not have the budget for a 5k sofa!

My experience with Simplicity Sofas was high quality, from initial contact to final product. I received immediate and personal follow-up after I first requested a catalog, and individualized sales support as I made my decision.

When I was hoping for a sectional but wasn’t sure that I could fit one in such a small room, Ann from Simplicity Sofas offered to look at photographs and room measurements and actually sketch out options for me. Thanks to her personalized attention, I ended up with the sofa that fit both my needs and the room. We finally got our sofa on Friday (UPS freight was really thrown for a loop with the weather; they missed their first appointment almost two weeks ago, and wouldn't set another one before Friday). Luckily, we had put our party off two weeks, and we got it just in time. We enjoyed showing it off to the roughly 50 people who were here.

The sofa is beautiful. It was, as promised, extremely easy to put together (and my petite wife and I had no problem carrying the largest piece up the stairs. The fabrics (Diego Saddle Leather and Ultra Suede Patchwork) are lovely, with excellent texture. Anyway, we do really like the sofa and think it is a terrific value for the money we spent.

Also, I have to say that your customer service is excellent; your company is a pleasure to deal with. And we're grateful that your sales department recommended the Patchwork pillows to go with our sofa -- they make the piece really look and feel great. I had some reservations about purchasing a sofa I had never seen or felt in person; I decided to buy because of the terrific reviews I found on the internet (and the way you describe your manufacturing process). I am really glad I did.

But if you ever have any prospects in the DC area (we're way out west) who would like to see and touch one of your sofas before buying, please do put them in touch with me. I would be more than happy to show them your fine product. Jeff, we have two other sofas and a love seat in the house. We plan to replace them all in a couple of years, and Simplicity Sofas will be our purveyor of choice. I will also recommend your company to my friends and family.

They are all about making you a very happy customer! They re-did the stuffing in my chair seat cushion until it was just right. I have to sit a lot and needed a combination of things. Assembly was really easy and the quality is excellent. We never had any issues with the sales reps at Simplicity Sofas. They're friendly, courteous, and respond well.

In fact, their customer service is excellent. Our online browsing experience was superb. My wife wished she could change the back pillows of the couch to make them more puffy. They sent new puffier back pillow inserts.

I'm sitting on the sofa right now. We love it. The colors and fabric are great, I like it even better than the samples. I am getting used to the firm seat cushions because our old uncomfortable couch was so saggy! But I can tell these will last. And they seem to have softened just a bit as we sit on them.

After we got the plastic off it was easy to put together. I had some trouble with the slipcover at first. We must have twisted it because it was too tight to pull over all 4 corners, but then suddenly it went right on. It fits so well that it seems like the couch came that way.

The couch is very well made and fits our space perfectly. You took time to answer all our questions and to help with fabric samples until we found the right combination. We love the color and fabric we decided on. And your guarantee that we could return the couch without shipping costs made me feel comfortable enough to spend the money and order it without seeing it or sitting on it. We were very pleased with the quality of the sofa from Simplicity. I talked to the owner of the company and he helped us with purchasing it. The particular model we had didn't have a skirt on it but he arranged for us to have a skirt around the bottom of the sofa so I appreciated that.

We got a queen size sofa bed that fit down the hall and into the particular room where we wanted it. That was what we were seeking to do and we haven’t been able to do it until then. Nothing is better than what we got from Simplicity.

Super Storm Sandy hit our Belmar, NJ residence , bringing two feet of water into our finished basement.The basement had to be rebuilt. In addition to having to replace all our mechanicals and washer/ dryer,all furniture needed to be replaced. The existing futon/sofa and chair was RTA furniture . We were not able to get an already assembled sofa or chair down the steps through the narrow doorways on the inside or outside. Even sectional sofa pieces were too large.

I searched the internet and discovered Simplicity Sofas. We were very impressed with the appearance of the furniture and the customer reviews. I spoke with Jenny, who sent me an amazing selectionof fabrics/grades from which to choose. We wanted a sectional, andAnn sent me two drawings of possibleconfigurations, which proved very helpful.

After we submitted our order, delivery took just a few weeks. We opted for white glove service. Delivery and assembly went very smoothly, just in time for Thanksgiving. We are very happy with the quality of our sectional sofa and highly recommend Simplicity Sofas to anyone who has access limitations.

Thanks for your email. I am glad you wrote. The chairs are STUNNING. I had some skeptical neighbors when I told them I was ordering "put together" furniture. They (and I) are so impressed with how sturdy the chairs are. They look fabulous and I could NOT be happier.

UPS Freight also does a nice job of reaching out and coordinating. We had a little confusion over the date of delivery, and the local Maryland office supervisor (Paul) took fantastic care of me and was friendly and upbeat the whole time he was doing it.
