Standard production time is approximately 8 - 12 weeks. Leather and special orders may take 12 weeks or longer.
Rush orders will be shipped from the factory within 30 - 45 days if the fabric is in stock or within 30 business days after the fabric arrives if not in stock
The Rush option is not available for leather or special orders.
Shipments usually arrive within 5 - 14 business days after the order has been picked up at our factory by the shipping firm.
The delivery times listed above are estimates only.
Although we will make our best effort to expedite, ultimately we have no control over how long the shippers take to make the delivery.
Customers are provided with tracking numbers and contact information so that they can contact the shipping company directly if necessary.
We cannot Rush the shipping companies once they have picked up the furniture.
