*This is how it works for a limited time only:

1) All North Carolina residents receive FREE DELIVERY AND FREE “WHITE-GLOVE” delivery service upon check out.

2) All New York residents receive FREE DELIVERY. However, if you live within the NYC zip codes of 10001 through 11399, a nominal fee of $100 will be applied to your order upon check-out to accommodate our “white-glove” delivery service, as this service is only available to our residents within these zip codes. All other NY residents may elect to receive the “white-glove” delivery option at our promotional rate of $100.

3) All 48 contiguous states other than the zip codes stated above for NYC, receive FREE DELIVERY and can add “white-glove” delivery service for a nominal charge of $100 for your entire order.

Simplicity Sofas Now Offers 2 Delivery Options:

 Economical Drop-ship Delivery Service

For the least expensive delivery option, choose our drop-ship option. Our sofas and chairs each arrive in 3 boxes.  The delivery company will call you ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment.  You will be responsible for moving the boxes into your selected room and assembling the furniture. Assembly is very simple, requiring only about 15 minutes per item.  No tools are required.

Premium "White-Glove" Service from Our Door to Your Floor!

Our "White-Glove" delivery includes personal service by trained individuals who deliver and assemble your home furnishings; placing the pieces where you request and removing the empty boxes for you. You are left to enjoy your new sofa with your feet up on your new ottoman and doing what you want to do ... Relaxing!

Upon online check out, Simplicity Sofas gives you 2 options, standard delivery or our "White-Glove" service. Either way you choose, you will be completely satisfied. Your sofa arrives in three boxes, designed to fit through any tight space or elevator. You can elect to set it up yourslef (within 15 minutes, no tools required) OR you can choose our new "White-Glove" service that takes care of everything for you. When you order online, you will be given the option to select the first-class service from Simplicity Sofas.

"White-Glove" service is available at no additional charge throughout the state of North Carolina.  A $100 charge applies to all other 48 contiguous states. Shipments to New York City (zip codes 10001-11399) can only be sent by White Glove Service at a charge of $100. See our chart below for additional options for this service.

This is simply one more additional service offered by Simplicity Sofas to make your experience even better.

*Please note - When selecting "White-Glove" service, all doorways, stairways halls and foyers, need to be cleared of any extraneous furniture for easy entry from our delivery provider. Any furniture that is not needed should be removed from the room prior to the "White-Glove" delivery service. Our providers are not allowed to move any existing fu rniture or electronics prior t o setting up your new dream room.
