Thank you for legitimately attempting to perfect the slip covers, for then sending us the imperfect slip covers, and for being completely honest the whole way through. Even though they’re not perfect, we love them; you literally went above and beyond to satisfy us. Many businesses I’ve encountered would have lied and told us that they had tried and it just didn’t work out. You guys didn’t… you really did try (more than you had to), you sent us the covers to prove it, and I couldn’t respect you more. Thanks for reaching out to us. John and I are thrilled with the look and quality of our new sectional sofa. It fits perfectly into the converted upstairs (tv/reading) room of our 1941 cape cod home.
All five pieces took us a total of 20 minutes to unpack, carry upstairs, assemble and situate in the room as desired.
I have attached a picture so you can see the challenge you allowed us to overcome by fabricating a sofa that fit through our 27" doorway.
From my initial call to Simplicity Sofas to your follow-up email, John and I are more than impressed with your outstanding customer service, the reasonable time it took to make the custom sectional, your fair pricing (better than any pre-fabricated model we considered), and the quality that has surpassed our expectations.

I appreciate you reaching out directly to your customers! It is rare, as a consumer, to feel that a company has my satisfaction as it's top priority. I can say that I was very skeptical of purchasing a sofa on line. I was equally skeptical of purchasing a "build your own" sofa because I have looked at the other options on the market and found the quality to be very poor. However, I found myself in a situation dealing with a difficult entryway to a basement living room and felt that your sofa was the only cost-effective option I had.
Even with my skepticism I was very impressed with your product and your customer service. The representative I spoke to when placing my order was friendly and informative, the sofa was delivered exactly when you said it would be, and the assembly was just as easy as advertised. As for the quality of the sofa there is no comparison to be made between the high quality of your product and the other "press-board" options on the market.

I am challenged to find words to tell you how thrilled I am with my new sofa! Not only am I impressed but my brother, Philip, could not stop commenting about how meticulously everything was packaged, obviously a reflection of someone who cares. I do believe he was 'braced' for the reality of assembly; something he could not imagine would be as easy as described on the website. We both looked at each other with an 'all-knowing' expression that fully admitted: "It WAS as easy as they said!" The realization was equally amazing that absolutely nothing was sacrificed for the convenience of delivery and assembly. The sofa is absolutely beautiful! It is 'solid', well constructed and the fabric just gorgeous.
Jeff, I could go on and on. Bottom line: I am so thankful that I found your company. I am ready to order my next piece! How I wish I had known about Simplicity Sofas when I lived in Philadelphia!!! Well I read your last email around 7am this morning. I have written and torn up three emails since then, because frankly I did not know what to say. First off I want to apologize to you for all your time that this has taken up. Second, after letting my wife read the email, she has had this red tint to her face all day. I have gotten a few good laughs when she was not in the same room. You have to understand that I am just an old retired truck driver, but my wife has a Master Degree in Education, so the more her face lit up, the more I had to go outside for a good laugh. To be honest with you, after talking with her, I was going to tell you not to send us the free throw pillows, however I just got an email from Shannon saying they had been shipped. I appreciate what you have done, but I am embarrassed that she misread your email and asked for the pillows.
Again I will tell you that we are very happy with our sofa. We have already had two couples come and look at it, plus I have emailed pictures to several of my RVing friends. We will take the gift certificate with us in our RV and if we have anyone who we think is seriously considering a Simplicity Sofa, we will give them the certificate. Hopefully before the end of this year, someone will give you a call with a gift certificate, that they want to apply to a new sofa.
I have done business with a lot of companies during my lifetime, but never have I encountered anyone like Simplicity Sofas. My wife and I will never forget how you have treated us.

I LOVE my Simplicity Sofa!!!!! It is beautiful. My father loves it too ( I purchased it for him).
To be honest, I was hesitant to purchase something sight unseen but this is the best piece of furniture I have ever owned. I could not believe that it actually fit through the door. The fabric is beautiful. From start to finish, every moment of the transaction has been so simple, honest and picture perfect customer service that I cannot think of anything to improve.
Please know I am also going to send a personal thank you note to Mr. Frank and to Mr. Burns, the upholster who worked on my couch. Special thanks to your white glove service too. The persons delivering the couch were so nice and professional.

Got the replacement spring down sofa and bumper cushions. What a difference for my comfort level. The spring down bumper cushion really helps my leg circulation.

The sofa, chair and ottoman we purchased were for our attic, which we just remodeled. We were a little behind on the remodeling, so didn’t get the furniture up there and put together until last Sunday. My husband and I wanted to be sure that we told you just how much we LOVE IT!!!
First and foremost, it is beautiful, well-made and very comfortable. I was really impressed with the quality. Second, it was so easy to put together. No tools necessary, and as you guys say in your advertising, even an 8 year old can do it. My husband commented that it was way easier than furniture you get at discount places. So bottom line, we are absolutely thrilled with Simplicity Sofa, and have been recommending it to all of our friends. The customer service was AMAZING from the beginning; incredibly responsive and helpful. I wish I had something to tell you needed improvement, but I can’t think of a SINGLE thing!!!

I received my sofa on Thursday, June 14th. While I anticipated a quick and uncomplicated assembly, I never envisioned how extremely easy it would be to assemble the sofa. It took just a few minutes - 5 or 6 at the most. The longest part was separating everything from its protective packaging!. That, however, is not a complaint: I was pleased to see that everything was well-wrapped. I'm particularly impressed at the thickness of the cushions. I was a bit worried because I chose not to upgrade the cushions when I ordered; but the "standard" cushions are obviously high-quality. I've paid far more for far less. Overall, I can tell that this is a quality product that will last well beyond the factory-produced sofas offered at furniture stores. I rate the sofa an A+. It's simply a fantastic product.

My name is Shawn & I am Dane's interior designer.
We received his sofa yesterday and absolutely love it!! It's comfortable, well made, sturdy and incredibly easy to assemble. In fact, while Dane was upstairs for 10 minutes he couldn't believe that 5 boxes had transformed so quickly into a completed sectional.
Why other manufacturers don't follow this process is beyond me.

Wow! It’s here! On time. It arrived shortly after 1:00 PM and by 1:45 I was sitting on it! They delivered it to my garage and I single handedly moved it into the house through the tight doorway to the room where it is now residing. Mind you I am 5’1” and weigh 123 lbs. I love it! I got my sofa last Friday and I LOVE IT!!!! It is so awesome and comfortable and looks great with the bamboo floors and green walls. I wish I could afford the chair that goes with it but maybe soon and I can have a matching room. It was almost too easy to put together and we felt like we forgot something!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about it and have been talking it up to everyone who will listen. I have a lot of friends in Baltimore City row homes and older homes like the one I have (built in 1929). So many thanks for existing and making my new house a home.

Today, the "white glove movers" delivered my couch, chair, ottoman and pillows without any problem whatsoever and with a much earlier delivery date than I anticipated.
They did not bash my walls or hit the low ceiling while bringing the furniture in. They were very gracious and were able to put the furniture together in a very short period of time.
I am so thrilled with my furniture! It is so well made and so beautiful and comfortable. I want to thank everyone who was involved in the process from the time I requested color swatches to the delivery today!

Sorry it has taken so long to respond but it's been a bit crazy around here. Along with the holidays we've had a death in the family so everything else in our lives seems a little less important right now. Things are starting to calm down and life is picking up its new routine, as it's supposed to.

I apologize for not writing last night. I absolutely love the sofa! It literally went together in 10 minutes. It is perfect for our motorhome and went through the door very easily. I can't imagine why anyone would pay the price for "RV" sofas when these are much nicer, plus they wanted to charge us $900 just to get an RV sofa installed. This is the perfect solution.
I'm very impressed with the design and the quality. And customer service….wow! From the first email I have been impressed by the integrity of the company. I cannot think of one thing I would suggest changing. I have told all my friends about your company.
